Cancellation Policy

Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your consultation appointment. Consultations are intended to provide general customs guidance based on the information provided during the session. Advice given does not guarantee customs clearance outcomes, shipment release, or acceptance by customs authorities or third-party carriers. Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment time are eligible for a refund or reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or failure to attend the consultation, are non-refundable. Please ensure you have any relevant shipment information or documentation available during the consultation so we can provide the most accurate guidance possible.
