If your shipment is already moving with a courier such as DHL, FedEx, UPS or similar, the customs clearance is usually handled directly by that courier or their appointed customs broker. Unfortunately, we are unable to take over or intervene in customs clearances already being managed by another provider. In most cases, the fastest way to resolve the issue is to contact the courier directly and ask to speak with their customs department. They will be able to advise on any outstanding documents, charges or actions required to release the shipment.
